Space in which they can develop and live according to their needs and the possibilities available to them. Space in which people feel protected and in which they can feel sure of themselves. We offer this space not only in a metaphorical but also a practical sense: in the form of rooms, of living space.
Consider this an invitation to visit us in person and discover for yourself what living and feeling at home means for us.

Haus Büntepark –
at home in the park
In Kirchrode, in the south-east part of Hannover, the Büntepark surrounds our building and almost allows you to forget that it is just 10 minutes to the centre of town by tram.
Built in only 2007, the residential building is light-flooded, open and warm, with generous architecture. The people living here have a very diverse range of needs due their individual limitations.

Villa Beindorff –
in the centre, surrounded by greenery
Just like the Haus Büntepark, the Villa Beindorff is situated right by the over 100-year-old Büntepark park directly next to Eilenriede, Hannover’s urban forest. In summer the patio and the park are popular locations for joint activities, whilst in the winter the fireplace room is a popular meeting place.
In the half-timbered house – a listed building – with its balconies and wooden balustrades, there is plenty of space to live and feel at home.

Gut Lohne –
in good hands
Approx. 20 km to the north-east of Hannover’s centre is the Gut Lohne. This former manor house, surrounded by a park measuring 15,000 m2, has its own special charm which hardly anyone can resist. Naturally the whole house has been modernised and, with its ‘family’ atmosphere, gives the sense of being safe and protected within a large community.
The restoration of the veranda and the base section of the building was performed with financial support from the Niedersächsischen Bingo-Umweltstiftung, the Deutschen Stiftung Denkmalschutz, the Niedersächsischen Sparkassenstiftung and the Sparkasse Hannover.

Haus an der Allee
In Linden – beneath the lime trees
Right where things are happening, but still surrounded by greenery. That can probably only work in the Linden district. On one side there are shops, cultural institutions and leisure facilities, whilst on the other there is a quiet garden with big trees which tempts you in for a bit of rest and relaxation.
Our Haus an der Allee is home to adult men and women with intellectual disabilities from different generations, who live together almost as a family.

Hohes Haus –
in the Hohe Straße
Also in the centre of Linden, connected to our Haus an der Allee by a secluded garden with several trees and a pond, is the Hohe Haus. The district of Linden stands out for its openness and tolerance and consequently, together with the Hohe Haus itself, ensures that the people there feel at home and in good hands.
We support our residents with all types of issues to enable them to achieve as high a level of independence as possible.

Die Weberhäuser –
interwoven with life
Our third site in the middle of the lively location that is Linden. In the Weberhäuser, we accompany our residents on their journey into a more or less independent future, even into their own flat and a life that, as far as possible, they determine themselves. But retirees are also able to spend their twilight years with us.
The houses in Weberstraße 8 and 10 were converted and modernised in 2015 and now offer contemporary living spaces.
